Staying at this hotel was like stepping into a charming oasis in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques and unique pieces, offering a cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating. While the location provides a homely feeling and easy access to the market and city center, the dining options nearby are limited. The hotel is a true gem near the vibrant center of Chihuahua.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and had a particularly good bathroom, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities like hot showers and Neutrogena soaps were a nice touch. However, there was some sound and light pollution, which could be easily remedied with a blackout screen on the window.

The staff was not intrusive but very helpful whenever we had questions. They even made me toast and tea for breakfast when I had to leave early. However, there was a slight mishap with the aircon, which was noisy and not cooling the room effectively.

I was delighted by the historical charm of the rooms, but the slow heating from the wall-mounted gas heater was a minor inconvenience. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the Neutrogena toiletries added a touch of luxury. The darkness in the rooms, typical of an old villa, created a cozy ambiance.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms had a 'time gone by' feel, each with a touch of the hotel's history in the room folders. Despite the slow heating, the rooms offered good beds, a hot shower, Neutrogena toiletries, and nice towels, albeit being quite dark due to the villa's age.
Service
7.0
The service was impressively friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist without being intrusive. However, the image of a staff member plucking her eyebrows at the desk felt somewhat inappropriate. On the bright side, they took care of providing fresh coffee and a continental breakfast to kick off our days!
Location

Dining

The dining experience was a delight as meals were cooked in the open plan kitchen/dining area, and part of the room cost. The flexibility of having meals prepared when ready, featuring local and continental options, was a definite highlight.
Facilities

The facilities offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the open-plan kitchen provided a cozy dining atmosphere. However, the staff plucking eyebrows at the desk felt a bit strange.
